What's the difference between "Unlimited Social Rounds" and Round Vouchers?
Social Round Submissions (Unlimited Social Rounds) are scorecards that count towards your handicap when not playing a competition.
Round Vouchers are Future Golf vouchers that are redeemed as green-fees.
Can I use all of my Round Vouchers at the same course?
Only one Round Voucher per partner, per membership year can be redeemed. On subsequent visits, you may return for a course discount if applicable.
Can I use my Round Vouchers in another state when travelling?
Round Vouchers are only redeemable in your Home State.
National Partners are exempt from this, and can be claimed by any Future Golf member.
Partner Discounts found on the Partners Page are also available to all members, irrespective of Home State.
Can I play in club competitions as a Future Golf member?
Generally, most clubs are all for guests with a GOLF Link number to play their competitions. However this is up to the discretion of the golf course and there may be some rules in place e.g. not on Saturdays, or must play with a member.
If you are unsure, it's best to contact the golf club to confirm whether you are able to play in their competitions.
If you cannot play in a club competition - remember you can still submit your scorecard via Future Golf's Social Round feature.
How do I get my handicap?
While signing up, we will ask you a couple of questions and give you some options (create new, transfer, overseas handicap, etc.). Once you've gone through the prompts, your handicap should get setup or a team member will be notified to provide further assistance.
You can find more information about handicaps here.
Can I join Future Golf and keep my existing Golf Link Number?
Yes you can! When signing up you will have the option to enter in your existing golf link number and choose if you want your existing club, or Future Golf to manage your handicap. This won't affect the way you use your Future Golf membership.
