Hours of Operation:
The Support Team operates 9am - 5pm, Mon-Fri.
Expected Response Time:
We respond to all tickets in the order that they come through, and have a historical first response time of less than 24 hours.
Submitting a Support Ticket:
The most effective way of contacting a member of the Future Golf Support Team is via submitted a Support Ticket in the Support Portal.
All Facebook & Instagram Direct Messages also filter into our Support Platform.
What information to include:
- Your membership email (or membership ID)
- The problem / issue that you're facing / when it occurred
- Any relevant screenshots / photos of the issue you're facing
Following Up a Support Ticket:
After submitting a support ticket via the Support Portal, you should receive an email with your Ticket# - you can add more information via replying to this email.
