There's a number of reasons this could be the case;
- Have you claimed the round already during the membership year - double check you haven't already played the partner course in the last 12 months, the claim button disappears if you have
- Check the notes on our Courses & Benefits page - sometimes, when we're discussing new agreements with partners, we will put a hold on round vouchers, this should be clearly noted next to each partner
- Occasionally there is an issue with the website - if the button is missing and you don't think it's because of either of the above reasons, then contact Support and we'll take a look.
