The short answer
Prestige courses are marked with a gold Prestige Partner badge. Some book like any other course, straight off a tee sheet. Others need you to request your preferred times and wait for the club to confirm. The button at the bottom of the course page tells you which one you're on.
Two types of Prestige course
Both carry the Prestige Partner badge. Check the button at the bottom of the course page to see how that course is booked.

Option A: courses with live tee times
If the course page shows View Tee Times, there's nothing Prestige-specific about the booking. You'll see the tee sheet, pick a slot and book it there and then, exactly as you would at any other partner course.
Prestige tee sheets are usually much tighter than standard courses, so expect fewer open slots and fewer available dates.

Option B: courses that need a request
If the course page shows Claim Round Voucher, you can't book a time directly. Instead you tell the club when you'd like to play and they confirm it with you. This is the part that works differently from every other booking in the app.
Tap Claim Round Voucher, then enter your top three date and time preferences, in order. Add any notes for the club if you need to, tick the acknowledgement, and submit your request.
What happens next
We email the club with your request and copy you in. The club then replies to that email within 48 hours to confirm your time. You don't need to call or email them yourself.
Claims need to be made at least 3 days in advance, so the club has time to confirm your booking.
Check the available days first
Your preferences need to fall within the days shown under Voucher Availability on the course page. Requests outside those days can't be honoured.
