Refund windows depend on the type of event - Future Golf trips need more notice than a regular event.

Future Golf Trips
You must provide at least 14 days' notice if you can't attend in order to receive a refund.
All Other Events
You may cancel for a full refund up to 72 hours before the event. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or credit, as we need to confirm the final player numbers with the club at least 3 days in advance.
