The short answer
To withdraw from an event, reach out to Support and we'll cancel your registration. Whether you receive a refund depends on the type of event and how much notice you give.
How to withdraw
Contact Support to cancel your registration
Submit an Enquiry and fill it in as follows, so it reaches our events team:
Support Category: choose Events.
Subject: the name of the event and the state it's in, for example Moonah Links, VIC.
We'll then cancel your registration for you.
Will I get a refund?
Future Golf trips
You must give at least 14 days' notice that you can't attend to receive a refund.
All other events
You can withdraw for a full refund up to 72 hours before the event. Withdrawals made within 72 hours of the event, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Why the 72-hour cut-off? We need to confirm final player numbers with the club at least 3 days before the event. For the full terms, see Event Cancellations.
