The short answer
Address and home state changes can't be made in the app. If you've moved house or moved interstate, send our support team a message and we'll update your details for you.
Moving interstate? Your home state decides which partner courses you can use your Round Vouchers at, so it's important to let us know. Round Vouchers can only be redeemed in your home state, with the exception of National Partners, which any member can claim in any state.
What to send us
To make the change quickly, include
- Your full name
- Your member number or Golf ID
- Your new address, including suburb, state and postcode
- The date you moved, or plan to move
How to request the change
Submit an enquiry
Submit an enquiry to our support team and select the Membership Enquiry category. We'll confirm by email once your details have been updated.
What changes when your home state updates
What changes
- The partner courses available to you in the app change to those in your new state.
- Round Vouchers you've already claimed in your previous home state can still be used. They expire 30 days after the date you claimed them.
What stays the same
- Your handicap and Golf ID stay exactly as they are.
- Your membership tier, renewal date and billing aren't affected.
Planning ahead?
If you've claimed a Round Voucher for a course in your old state and won't get to play it within 30 days of claiming, cancel the voucher before you move so it goes back into your account. You'll then be able to use it at a partner course in your new state. See How can I cancel a Round Voucher or Booking?
