The short answer
Claim a Big Swing Golf simulator session in the app and book your time in the same step. You can claim a session at each Big Swing Golf venue, and each session can accommodate up to 4 players.
1. Claim your session
Search for Big Swing Golf in the app and open its page, then tap Claim Big Swing Golf Simulator Session.
2. Select a venue
Choose the Big Swing Golf venue you'd like to play at. Voucher availability varies by venue, so check the days shown for each one, then tap Proceed to Book Session.
3. Confirm your venue
Let us know whether you're currently a Big Swing Golf Club member, then tap Continue. Picked the wrong venue? Tap Select a different venue to go back.
4. Book your time
Choose your date, session type, number of players and duration, then pick an available time from the booking key. Enter your booking details to finish. Make sure your mobile number is correct, as unconfirmed mobile numbers risk your booking being cancelled.

Book your time as you claim
You'll need to choose your time while claiming, as you can't claim now and book later. Your voucher is only used once your booking is complete, so you can close the process at any point and come back when you're ready.

Once you've claimed your session, you can see your booking under My Bookings.
