What is Future Golf Value?
Future Golf Value (FG value) is additional value included with selected Future Golf promotions, to use on green fees through Future Golf. It's a way to get even more golf out of your membership.
Who gets FG value?
FG value is included with selected promotions, so it's added for members who join on an eligible membership while that promotion is running.
When will my FG value be added?
Your FG value is added to your membership automatically within 24 hours of signing up. There's nothing you need to do to activate it.
Not showing after 24 hours? If you joined on an eligible membership and your FG value hasn't been added within 24 hours, please reach out to Support and we'll look into it.
How long is FG value valid for?
FG value is valid for 12 months, so you've got plenty of time to put it towards more golf.
Using your FG value
What can I use FG value on?
FG value is for green fees at partner courses, booked through the Future Golf app.
How do I use my FG value?
When you book a round through the Future Golf app, you'll be able to choose to use your FG value towards the green fee. You decide when to use it, round by round.
Is FG value the same as my Round Vouchers?
No. FG value is separate from, and in addition to, the Round Vouchers included in your membership. It doesn't replace any of your included rounds or count towards them. Your Round Vouchers work exactly as they always have, and your FG value gives you more golf on top.
Can I use FG value when Round Vouchers aren't available?
Yes. Some tee times are only available as paid green fees, such as at high demand times, or on days when Round Vouchers aren't available for use. You can put your FG value towards the green fee on these tee times when you book through the Future Golf app.
Think of it as more golf. Your Round Vouchers cover your included rounds, and your FG value is there to put towards green fees for even more rounds through Future Golf, including those popular tee times.
What FG value can't be used for
Can I use FG value in the shop or for events?
No. FG value can only be used on green fees through the Future Golf app. It can't be used in the Future Golf shop or for event entries.
Can I use FG value towards my membership renewal?
No. FG value can't be used to pay for or renew your membership. It's for green fees only.
Can I exchange FG value for cash?
No. FG value can't be withdrawn or exchanged for cash. It's there to use on green fees through Future Golf.
Can I give my FG value to someone else?
No. FG value stays with your membership and can't be transferred to another person.
