Can I submit this round to count towards my handicap?
Yes you can! If you are playing with another Future Golf member, then you can both score the round and submit it towards your handicap. The other player doesn't need a handicap or a Golf ID, they just need to download the FG app and sign up to any of our memberships, including the free clubhouse membership!
Can I play by myself and submit the round to count towards my handicap?
You are not able to play a round by yourself and submit it towards your handicap.
How do I end a match if I have already started it?
You can do this by clicking in the top right corner of the screen and selecting 'End Match'. But please note, not completing a Handicap Round may result in a No Score Not Approved submission to Golf Australia.
What's the difference between a strokes, shots and points?
Stroke = Number of shots you took that hole
Shot = Number of strokes you are given on a particular hole. If you get 1 shot, it means you can score one over par and get 2 stableford points on that hole.
Points = Stableford points, which are automatically calculated as you fill in your scorecard.
It may sound complicated, but the good thing is all you have to do when filling in your scorecard is enter the number of strokes you had on each hole, and we will calculate everything else for you!
