This article sets out the terms of participation in the “Future Golf Prestige Series" (the “Competition”). By entering this Competition, you agree to the following conditions:
- Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The promoter of this Competition is GenYser Pty Ltd, T/A Future Golf (ABN 44 600 877 478) of 44 Lakeview Drive, Scoresby, VIC, 3179 ('Future Golf')
- The sponsor is Genesis Motors Australia (ABN 58 008 995 588) of 394 Lane Cove Rd, Macquarie Park NSW 2113 Australia (Sponsor).
- Authorised under NSW Authority No. TP/04302, ACT Permit No. TP 25/00960 and SA Permit No. T25/694.
ELIGIBILITY
- Entry is open to Australian Residents (Eligible Entrants) and excluding directors, management, employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and registered travel companions of employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate.
- Eligible Entrants must be over 21 years of age at the date of entering the competition
- Directors, management, employees and immediate families of Future Golf and the Sponsor are excluded from entering.
- The competition commences at 09:00 AM (AEST) on 6th May 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on 5th December 2025 (Competition Period).
COMPETITION ENTRY
- “To enter this competition, entrants must: (1) register to play at the 2025 Future Golf Prestige Series Event [https://futuregolf.com.au/events/] AND (2) play at least one (1) Future Golf Prestige Series Event."

- This competition is a game of skill and chance. There are a total of two (2) prizes to be won. There will only be two winners who will each win a Prize.

- One (1) eligible entrant that has earned the highest number points competing in Future Golf Prestige Series Events during the Competition Period will be awarded one (1) Prize. One (1) eligible entrant will be drawn at random via a government authorized draw and receive one (1) prize.

Points will be earned and accumulated in accordance with the following Points System (1 point = 1 entry into draw):
i. Compete in a 2025 Future Golf Prestige Series Event - 10 points per event
ii. Win an event at the 2025 Future Golf Prestige Series Event (Grade):
a. 1st place – 50 points
b. 2nd place – 25 points
c. 3rd place – 10 points
iii. Nearest to Pin - 25 points
a. One designated Genesis Hole-in-One hole per event
iv. Compete in 5 Prestige Series events in 2025 – 75 points
v. Purchase a new Genesis vehicle - 150 points
a. Must be paid for in full from an authorised Genesis retail site, with points awarded upon confirmation of delivery. Payment receipt must be verified by the sponsor. Failure to do so may result in points not being applied.
vi. Test drive at a Genesis outlet - 25 points
a. Only one (1) test drive per entrant is allowed within any 3-month period of the Competition Period. Entrants who wish to redeem points for their test drive for the purposes of this competition, must contact the Sponsor, events@genesis-motors.com.au, to confirm test drive date including location, date and model for verification purposes. Failure to do so may result in points not being applied.

a. Must tag Future Golf @futuregolfclub & Genesis Australia @genesis_australia - within 24 hours of event
- All eligible entrants who entered the competition will be reviewed by the Promoter on 9 December 2025 at 12:00pm AEDT at 44 Lakeview Drive, Scoresby, VIC, 3179 to determine which entrant has earned the highest number points competing in Future Golf Prestige Series Events during the Competition Period. This winning entrant will be awarded one (1) Prize. The Promoter will record the three highest scorers in order. All eligible entrants will also be automatically entered into a random draw conducted on 9 December 2025 at 12:00pm AEDT at Level 2, 11 York St, Sydney NSW 2000. One (1) eligible entrant will be drawn at random in the presence of an independent scrutineer to win one (1) Prize. The winners will be notified in writing and telephone by 12 December 2025 and published (first initial, last name and postcode) on futuregolf.com.au/events by 12 December 2025.
- The winner must claim the prize by 9 January 2026. If required, the Promoter will award the prize to the next highest scorer. If required an unclaimed prize draw will occur on 12 January 2026 at the same location, time and manner as the original draw. Unclaimed prize winners will be notified in writing and telephone by 15 January 2026 and published (first initial, last name and postcode) on futuregolf.com.au/events by 15 January 2026.
- Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid and will be rejected. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry where it reasonably suspects that such materials are prohibited by these terms and conditions, any relevant law, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate. This is at the Promoter's absolute discretion and discussions will not be entered into.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not (in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter) in accordance with these terms and conditions. Failure by the promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunction of any communications network or any lost, late, delayed, ineligible, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entries, howsoever caused.
PRIZING:
There are two major prizes to be won. One is a game of skill and one is a game of chance. Each Prize pool is valued at $18,540 and consists of:
- Two (2) tickets to Saturday & Sunday of the 2026 Genesis Invitational Golf Tournament at ‘The Bluffs’, incl. all food & beverage at the event for one (1) for the winner and one (1) for a guest of the winner (who both must be 21 years or older)) to attend The Genesis Invitational Golf Tournament on 19 February 2026 to 22 February 2026 valued at AUD $3540
- Return economy class airfares for the winner and one (1) guest from the capital city nearest to the winner’s home to Los Angeles, USA, departing on 18 February 2026 and returning on 23 February 2026 valued at up to AUD $8,000.
- Twin share accommodation at a minimum 3-star hotel for the winner and the winner’s guest between 18 February 2026 and 23 February 2026 valued at up to AUD $5,000.
- AUD $1,000 spending money per person (pre-loaded credit card)
Any costs which exceed the total value of the Prize, including any fees associated with the cancellation or modification of the whole or any part of the Prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Prize will not be refunded or replaced if the flights or accommodation are cancelled or modified by the winner, or if the winner or its guest are unable to attend all or part of The Genesis Invitational Golf Tournament. The winner and the winner’s guest are responsible for paying any charges incurred by the Promoter or the Sponsor as a result of the winner cancelling or modifying the whole or any part of the travel arrangements to or from The Genesis Invitational Golf Tournament. If the final amount of the Prize is less than the value stated, no credit will be issued to the winner and costs depend on the value of the flights and accommodation at the time of booking. All taxes, fees, charges and surcharges applicable to the Prize are the responsibility of the winner, unless otherwise stated. The Prize does not include travel insurance, passports, visas, meals, transport, taxes and any other costs not expressly specified in these terms and conditions. It is the sole responsibility of the winner and the winner’s guest to comply with any health or other government directions and any terms and conditions imposed by a supplier or provider associated with the Prize. The Sponsor makes no representation as to the safety, condition or suitability of any transport, destination, accommodation, eatery, venue or event which forms part of this Prize.
The total prize pool is AUD $37,080 (including GST).
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.
- The winner will be notified by phone and in writing, within 3 business days of the draw, using contact details provided in their entry.

WINNER SELECTION
- This is a game of chance, with one major prize winner drawn at random. The game of skill for one major prize winner will be determined by the entrant who has earned the most points during the competition period (stated above).
GENERAL
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter correspondence regarding the result.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning the prize.
- The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash and if for any reason whatsoever, a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of the same or greater value, subject to State and Territory legislation.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this competition if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
- The Sponsor will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained relating to this promotion, the awarding or taking of the prizes or any cancellation, termination, modification or suspension of this promotion by the Promoter, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law).
- Promoter holds no responsibility for incorrect or insufficient details provided by the entrant. Should an entrant’s details change; it is the responsibility of the entrant to provide these details to the Promoter.
- It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize.
- Prize winners must provide contact details to Future Golf at the time of being notified that they are the prize winner (by 9 January 2026).
- Prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. No refunds or exchanges. No credit notes will be issued, and the prize winner must redeem their prize for a suit only. The prize will be posted to the recipient.
- If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this competition.

- The Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents (Competition Parties) will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or personal injuries arising out of this competition, the competition of this competition or the use of any prize, including but not limited to any breach of these terms and conditions, contract or tort (including negligence) and any other common law, equitable or statutory remedy (Damages) whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential Damages, including Damages that cannot reasonably be considered to arise naturally and in the ordinary course of things, even if those Damages were in the contemplation of the Competition Parties.
- Future Golf collects personal information about entrants for the purpose of running this competition. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using personal information provided in connection with this competition for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the competition and awarding any prizes. Without limiting the foregoing Eligible Entrants' personal information provided in connection with this competition will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Statement, a copy of which is available at http://www.futuregolf.com.au/privacy/ if there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter’s decision in deciding who to award the prize to is final.
